Soybean oil extraction equipment

Soybean oil extraction equipment

Soybean oil extraction is a kind of oil making method which applies the principle of extraction, selects some organic solvent which can dissolve oil, and makes the oil in the oil be extracted by contacting the oil (soaking or spraying).

The basic process is as follows: the oil embryo (or pre pressed cake) is immersed in the selected solvent to dissolve the oil in the solvent (to form the mixed oil), and then the mixed oil is separated from the solid residue (meal). The mixed oil is evaporated and stripped according to different boiling points to vaporize the solvent into steam and separate from the oil, so as to obtain the oil (extracted crude oil).

The solvent vapor is condensed, cooled and recycled before being used. There is also a certain amount of solvent in the meal. After desolvation and drying, the dried meal is obtained. The solvent vapor volatilized in the desolvation and drying process is still condensed, cooled and recycled. The results show that the extraction method has the advantages of low residual oil rate (high oil yield) in meal; It has the advantages of low labor intensity, good working environment and good quality. It can be seen that compared with the pressing method, the leaching method is indeed an advanced oil making method, which has been widely used at present.
